Personalised Work – Fingerprints, Handprint, Footprints and all Bespoke Commission Work

As your jewellery is bespoke and unique it is not returnable nor refundable, unless it differs substantially to what was ordered, or is delivered faulty or damaged. Please check your jewellery carefully when you receive it, in the unlikely event it is faulty or damaged upon delivery then please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can rectify this. If the item supplied differs to what has been ordered then we will rectify this as quickly as possible at our expense. If you have made an error on your order then, if we are able to rectify this, you will need to cover the expense involved.

To limit the possibility of disappointment please read the following:

  • Please check your personalisation details carefully.
  • Check you are happy with the capitalisation of your text as it appears on your order summary.
  • Fingerprints will appear just as they are in the mould, therefore it is your responsibility to ensure that you are happy with your Imprints before returning, as we are unable to accept returns because you are unhappy with the finished print. We cannot amend fingerprints in any way, what you see in the mould is what you will see in silver. Each fingerprint is unique and fingerprints will differ in size, shape and detail from person to person.
  • Fingerprints will appear a shade smaller in the silver than in the moulds due to the shrinkage of silver clay during firing – this is unavoidable and applies to all fingerprint jewellery regardless of who makes it.
  • We do our utmost to ensure consistency but as each item is handmade and unique there will be a slight degree of variance from item to item.
  • All measurements given are approximate and for guidance only.
  • Re-sizing bangles, bracelets and rings may incur a charge to cover time and postage, so please double check you have measured correctly.
