DELIVERY – MAINLAND UK ONLY

    • Janglerins aims to dispatch all goods purchased from this website within 7 working days of receiving your order.  This does not include Bank holidays or weekends.  Delivery may take longer during busier times of the year.  Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you are unsure of anything.
    • Every parcel is shipped using the User’s desired choice; ‘Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery’ or ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’.
    • Due to the handmade nature of each piece, Janglerins unfortunately cannot offer a next-day delivery service.  However, if you need an item for a specific date, please contact us at janglerins@mail.com before ordering, and we will try our very best to accommodate your needs.
    • Janglerins cannot dispatch orders to PO Boxes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

    • If you need to cancel your order you must notify us in writing before your purchase has been dispatched. Please get in touch with us at janglerins@mail.com.
    • If your purchase has been dispatched or if you’ve already received your order, please see the Returns Policy below for more information.
    • Commissioned or personalised items cannot be cancelled once the work has started.

LATE / NON-ARRIVAL OF DELIVERY

If your delivery is late or doesn’t arrive within the quoted delivery timescale, please contact us at janglerins@mail.com. In the event of a non-delivery, we can only allow a replacement/refund after 10 working days have passed. This is the time scale for the Royal Mail to classify a parcel as lost. Royal Mail “working days” are any day that is not a Saturday, a Sunday, or a public holiday.

RETURNS POLICY

    • We put a great deal of care and attention into each item that we handcraft and hope you will be delighted with your jewellery, but if, for any reason you wish to return your goods, you need to contact us within 14 days of your order date to arrange.  You can do this by contacting us on janglerins@mail.com
    • If the goods do not fit correctly, for example, you need a shorter or longer length chain, or need to change the ring size, please contact us at janglerins@mail.com as adjustments can be made.  Fees may apply for postage.
    • Goods must be in their original condition, in their original packaging, and unused.  It is at our discretion if we decide to refund items not in such condition.
    • The goods are the customer’s responsibility until they reach our registered address.  Please ensure you sufficiently pack your goods to prevent damage in transit. We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods that have been damaged because they were not appropriately re-packaged.
    • Postage costs are non-refundable, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for return postage costs. Please obtain proof of posting, as refunds will only be available on items that are safely returned to us.  Except for faulty and damaged goods, we are not responsible for the return postage and do stress once again that you use a traceable method of postage.  Janglerins cannot be responsible for missing returns.
    • Janglerins are unable to accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
    • If the item was purchased at one of our stockists, please contact them directly and they will forward the query to us if need be.
